in addition to the house there is a barn, an tack building (which could be made into a mother in law suite) and a usable outhouse. There are many fruit trees lining the creek 3 apple trees, cherry tree, plum tree, and a Pear tree. 2 new peach trees were planted in 2020. There are also raspberry, blackberry, & blueberry bushes. At night you can hear the water flowing in the creek. Deer are always coming threw the yard.
