All the hard expensive stuff is done if you want to save a ton of money and paint and install whatever flooring you want get it now. If I finish it off the listing will be at least 20k more. Has a good size front yard but the backyard is crazy big has storage and a small shop/storage will require background check for park approval. Act fast I don’t expect to have it listed long.
