Beautiful multifamily home for rent today!!!! We are out of state but are renting our brownstone for $1000 a month each apartment. There are 2 in total with all utilities included. It's a first come first serve and a family member of ours will be providing the keys once the lease is signed via email and the security deposit is paid via depositing it into our account. The fee total yo move in is $2000 & $1000 is paid before you get the keys and the other $1000 is paid upon receipt of the keys. Due to us not being in state you will be taking the home as is, because there will not be a viewing beforehand, however if upon receipt of keys and you no longer want the home and you give us 24 hours notice, you will get a full refund of your deposit.
