SAVE $$$$$$ while living here (quite comfortably) in this earth sheltered home and add an upper level or 2 when you can. Very nice private back yard. Driveway is a right of way over P&W railroad tracks. Not for everyone but the for the right person this could be a great deal. Should be cheap to heat and maintenance is minimal. Talk to me about how to make whats there look soooo much nicer for short money.
