The full kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle, a regular drip coffee maker, and a Keurig machine. The laundry area includes a full-sized washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Enjoy lazy pool days in the private fenced yard with a private optionally heated pool. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. A complimentary 6-passenger golf cart is included for guests aged 25+ to enjoy cruising around on. Up to 2 pets are allowed with a pet fee. Pets must be house trained, are not permitted on furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. Located in the desirable Crystal Beach neighborhood, this home is just a block away from the most beautiful beaches in the world. You are in the heart of Crystal Beach, directly across from the Destin Commons with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are within a few minutes drive East with more shopping, restaurants, and a play area for kids. There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking/golf cart distance. Most local destinations can be reached by golf cart, and the town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction! No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests allowed. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Any cleanup of bodily fluids (indoors or outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday and Friday pickup. Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. Trash cans must be returned to the home after pickup. Failure to do so may result in an HOA citation, which will be passed on to the guest. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, or an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup.
