Rental History
RESIDENT agrees to not cause or allow ANY noise or activity on the premises which might disturb the peace and quiet of another RESIDENT and/or neighbors. Said noise and/or activity shall be a breach of this agreement.
RESIDENT acknowledges that OWNERS insurance does not cover personal property damage caused by fires, theft, rain, war, acts of God, acts of others, and/or any other causes, nor shall the owner be held liable for such losses. RESIDENT is hereby advised to obtain his/her own insurance policy to cover any personal losses. Any issues related to RESIDENTS neglect or cause (septic issues related to flushing items that should not be flushed, driving over items left by RESIDENTS etc.) will be the responsibility of the RESIDENT, Not the OWNER.
RESIDENT agrees that there will be no dogs and no more than four family members living on the premises. No additional persons may occupy the premises for more than 1 week without being listed on the lease agreement.
