This unit has new flooring thru out most of the home, washer/dryer hook up, lots of light, outside storage unit, and plenty of parking. We allow a max of 1 dog and 1 cat. We do need to see proof of the animals being registered as required by local law. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. No smoking in the house. Tenant is responsible for all yard maintenance. Tenant is responsible for Hvac filter replacement every 4 months and smoke detector testing and battery replacement, if needed. All fees and 1st month rent due at move in. Our requirements: 1. No Evictions in the last 5 years (covid exceptions apply) 2. Credit score of at least 620 a. There may be exceptions to this depending of the reason for low credit (ex. medical bills) 3.
