Dogs and cats are welcome - there is a dog door in the back of the house. The back yard can be closed off from the front but the front is fully fenced as well. Refundable pet deposit: $300 Washer/Dryer, full bath, private back yard with deck and a fire pit. There is also a detached shed that you are welcome to use for storage.
