About us: We are a styling team currently engaged in an ever-increasing number of commercial and editorial projects. We previously shared the studio with the design team of a locally based menswear brand, but they have since moved into their new production facility leaving us with two open spaces. We are looking for stylists or other like-minded creatives to share the studio and its amenities with us - it is an ideal workspace for anyone working with wardrobe or other apparel-related interests. We are super easy going and passionate about what we do and are looking for individuals who possess those same qualities. About the space: -Approximately 1,000 square foot, recently remodeled loft in the E2 Studios building located in the heart of the Arts District (corss streets are 2nd and Vignes). -Space features original brick walls, original wood flooring, sandblasted exposed beam vaulted ceiling, full bathroom including a functioning (hot AND cold water) shower. -16 feet of built in clothing racks (ideal for a stylist in need of space for large jobs) as well as 3 in-studio rolling racks and one additional 6' freestanding mobile rack -Fully furnished, including vintage heavy wood school desks for tenant use (you can pick from one of two open desk spaces to make your own), massive pattern table at room's center, vintage flat file, extra large mirror, mini-fridge etc. -The building features a controlled access door as well as secure mail service. This is a second floor unit, but the freight elevator and exterior loading bay make packing and unpacking wardrobe quick and painless. -Street parking is always available and free. In the rare occasion that no spots are readily available super cheap metered parking ($4/day) is one block up 2nd from the studio. -Wi-fi is set up and included in rent.
