The space: Enjoy an entire two level single family townhome home! Access to everything with the exception of the garage, dishwasher and balcony(these things are in the process of being repaired.) You have access to the entire house and backyard! With keyless entry, you can come and go as you please without worrying about keeping track of keys. Cell phone service is not always the best so feel free to disconnect or utilize wifi calling. We love the kiddos but the house is not baby-proofed. Anyone under the age of 18 needs to be accompanied by an adult. Stay at your own risk. Other things to note: This is a shoeless house place shoes on shoe rack or at the front door we have provided comfy socks for your stay in a basket next to the shoe rack at the front door. Our community pool is seasonal and is currently closed for the winter. The living room and each bedroom is furnished with a nice flat-screen, smart tv! There is a washer and dryer in the house. The trash can is tucked away in the cabinet next to the refrigerator in the pantry. If you are in the home on Sunday, please pull the trash can out to the front of the house on Sunday night and bring them back to the garage after the cans are emptied.
