This neighborhood is absolutely fantastic! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this neighborhood. First of all, the people that live here make it so wonderful! Second, it includes two large pools, tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts, along with a fully staffed clubhouse with aerobics room, wieght room, large great room, and complete kitchen. This neighborhood also offers several social events for children and adults. For children we have a 4th of July parade and festivities at the clubhouse, Easter egg hunt, movie nights, play groups, etc. For the adults there are at least two socials a year that are highly attended. There is so many advantages to living in Kings Charter! I hope we find a great buyer for our home.
