Great half double on a quiet brick street in the heart of Italian Village, just a short walk to all that the Short North has to offer! Upstairs, we converted the space from three bedrooms to two. In doing so, we built a double vanity bathroom with a custom glass and tile shower in what was a bedroom. The original bathroom was converted to a laundry room and additional closet space. It worked out well. The first floor has a front room (library/office) a center room (living room) and a spacious kitchen with an eat in area. Other nice features include hardwood floors, high ceilings, large windows, and a decorative fireplace. I love the outside space, which includes a large front porch and a separate fenced back yard. Pets that have done elsewhere are more than welcome. I try to avoid puppies, "problem children", and breeds my insurance company flips out over. Also, there are two off street parking spots, a giant plus in this neighborhood. Good pets welcome! Utilities are paid by resident
