Owner will pay for water/trash service and tenant will pay for electric and internet service on long-term rentals. Leases between 3 months and 12 months, tenant will be responsible for electric and internet service. Owner will pay for ALL UTILITIES on short-term rentals of 30 days or more. Short-term rentals are month to month @ $3000 per month.
