The available unit is at 944 Hyperion Ave. The rent is $3,250.00 per month. First, last and security deposit required. Dogs are discussable if they're quiet and reasonable. Cats are ok. It's South of Sunset-not too far up the hill. Just look for the green fence! NO annoying mutant neighbors-only really cool Silver Lake people. NO annoying mutant owner (if I do say so myself)--only me and I really care that you are happy and comfortable in your home.
