Short drive to Chase Bank, Target, Food 4 Less, Restaurants, Shopping, grocery stores etc. The House is newly renovated with new floors, new paint, new air conditioning and heating, new kitchen appliances, remodeled bathrooms. The ideal candidate: - is a full-time working individual or full-time student - Makes at least 3x rent - Has good credit (will run a credit and background check) - Has 1st month's rent and security deposit ready to go - Ready to move in right away - Tidy - Must be okay with small 4 lb maltese dog (she's friendly!) - No Pets, unfortunately my dog doesn't play nice with other animals. - No Drugs, Smoking, Drama - No Overnight Guests - No Double Occupancy Sorry for the long list!
