It gets AM sunlight thanks to large east facing window. Upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom, and downstairs bedroom has its own. Pets allowed (one cat expected, a dog would be allowed provided we meet them and get along). Pet rent is $25/month and a pet security deposit is one time $300 upon move in.
