Safe area, plenty of parking, and respectful environment. Looking for someone with a stable job who's clean, responsible, and easy to get along with. No drama, no loud parties. Just looking to share the space with someone who wants a peaceful home. I am not a smoker so no smoking inside thank you. Plenty of areas to park your car where you need and pretty firm on rent price but you can talk to me if you'd like to lower that if you stay longer. I'm a big animal lover myself and have a senior cat here around 13 who is doing well and will keep him separated from your areas. Very laid back just be respectful and I'll be respectful towards you. You can rent here as long as you need but not exceeding a year.
