You can see Copper and Breckenridge Ski Areas in the distance and you are only 15-20 min away from the closest ski areas! The unit is in immaculate condition with new hardwood (LVP) floors and carpet in the bedrooms. The condo has recently been completely repainted, both bathrooms have new sinks and granite counters, and the master bathroom has a beautiful recently installed walk in shower. The guest bathroom is equipped with a shower-tub combo. All of the furniture is in great condition with most of it being new. It has a king bed in the master bedroom and will have a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom (we are adding the queen bed and mattress currently, but can remove it if desired, e.g., for self provided kid beds). The condo is right off the Summit Stage Bus route & Snowscape stop (30 second walk) with easy bus access to Silverthorne and Summit County from there. Busses from Silverthone station go to Dillon, Frisco, Breckenridge, and A Basin. It is a quick drive to all the major ski areas (Copper, Keystone, A Basin, Breckenridge, Loveland, Vail, Beaver Creek). You are also a fast and easy walk to the Buffalo Mountain trail head and the Lilly Pad Pond trailhead. Not to mention direct trail access from the condo to the Ryan Gulch trail system. The included Snowscape club house includes a pool, hot tub, steam room, laundry, bathrooms and lounge (small kitchen, fireplace, ping pong table and seating). The complex has easy, unassigned parking in the lot for you and your guests. 4 person max (e.g., 2 couples or 2 individuals, or one couple with kids; not 4 individuals). No pets (per HOA rules) and no Smoking. Rent includes all utilities: fast internet, electric, water/sewer, heat (this is significant), Dish Network TV, trash, and snow removal. The included base board heat keeps it plenty warm in the winter, and the cooler temperatures keep it cool in the summer; no need for air conditioning here. It is generally 20-25 degrees cooler here than in Denver with summer highs mostly in the 60s and 70s. This condo is perfect for someone looking to get up to the mountains and Summit County for skiing/snowboarding, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, fishing, boating, and more. It would also be great for someone looking to relocate and work up here. I am looking to rent long term, yearly strongly preferred, but am open to shorter terms (~6mo).
