The studio is one block from Pier Park, a mile from downtown St. Johns, Cathedral and Forest Park, 4 miles to Kelley Point Park and a 15 minute drive to downtown. The studio has a private entry up a spiral staircase with an outdoor patio space, mudroom. My tenant and his dog live on the first floor. There is a shared laundry room on the first floor. The entire studio has natural light entering through 4 skylights (they open) and book-end windows. One large room has a reading area near the bedroom space with a large closet and queen bed. There is a new large bathroom with a gorgeous stand up shower, a mini split heater/air conditioner unit that takes care of maintaining the perfect temperature for the space. There is a kitchen area with an expandable table for 2, a mini fridge, single burner, toaster oven and cable TV. The apartment is priced for one tenant. If 2 tenants apply, the application will be considered and the increase in price per month is $400. Landlord pays all the bills. Renter will maintain courtyard area.
