It's a 10 min drive to The Co-op and a 20 min drive to Umass & Amherst Colleges. The property sits on 5 acres on the Haydenville/West Whately border. Lovely gardens, fruit trees, and hiking trails up behind the house. The kitchen is a simple "bachelor style" kitchen with a Convection Oven, Refrigerator, tea kettle, and a double burner electric stove. There is a small hallway that takes you from the studio to the bathroom. In the hallway are some shelves and a wooden dresser. I provide one set of linens, basics things like plates, bowls, cutlery, a few pots, pans, etc.. Owner pays for Water & Garbage.
