Rent covers all utility costs. This covers water, heat/air, gas heater, trash, electricity, internet, parking, and any other costs associated with monthly incurred by use of the unit. $200 from deposit is non-fundable and goes to pay for the apartment's portion of gas costs for the gas heater. The remaining $1400 deposit is refundable provided space in good condition at end of lease term.
