This would be a great option for GW students coming back from abroad in the spring, transfer students, remote workers and anyone else who might be interested. It's about 675 sq ft and is a beautifully lit corner unit on one of the highest floors in the building. It comes mostly furnished with a tv and tv stand, table and chairs, desk and chair, couches, rugs, coffee table, night stands and a wine fridge! There are also two moderately sized closets. The building features laundry on each floor as well as a substantially sized laundry room in the basement. There is also a rooftop pool that is open during the summer months. All utilities are included except cable/wifi. Subletter is responsible for first and last months rent, security deposit and a building fee upon lease signing. Subletter is subject to landlord approval. All utilities included except wifi/cable.
