Great lighting, big windows allow natural light with privacy shades and lots of art on the walls. Currently uses Monkey Brains internet, you take over internet and PG&E (all other utilities included) which amounts to about $100/month. Roof deck has bbq, tables, fire pit and spectacular views. A pretty swank rooftop for entertaining :). Secure bike storage, doorman accepts packages and 24/7 access to secure package room, dog bath in the basement. Walking distance to shops, UCSF, Esprit Park, Crane Cove, Chase Center, Caltrain. Not far from Oracle Park (bike path, Lyft bike rentals and electric scooter rentals can get you there as well as the 3rd Street Rail Line T). Light rail can also take you to SOMA, Ferry Building, Embarcadero and Financial District. I loved living in this neighborhood, and the neighbors in the building are friendly and sociable.
