--Kitchen includes fridge/freezer, sink, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and --Cuisinart drip coffeemaker.
--Essentials like plates, cups, glass cookware, pots/pans and utensils are also on hand.
--sea salt, pepper, cooking oil and the customarily-used condiments in the refrigerator
--sheets on bed provided, plus one extra set to switch out
--an ample number of towels for showering and hand towels.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
--No pets allowed and no dogs

Quiet hours" from 10pm - 7am in order to respect neighbors
1) Utilities Included as noted in lease.
2) An informal pre-application questionnaire is required of potential applicants, prior to formal application being filled out.
3) Owner is not utilizing Zillow's application, nor Zillow's lease form. The aforementioned questionnaire will be provided by owner to applicant; no fee for said questionnaire.
4) Step two of application process is more formal and involves credit/background/employment/criminal history screenings. The cost to applicant for all of these screenings is $150.
5) After this, if applicant is accepted by owner, the full lease will be provided to applicant for review (Lease to be provided by Avail company; not one developed by Zillow).
6) If applicant agrees to all terms and signs the lease and moves into the home, owner will reimburse applicant the $150 fee used to pay for the costs of the background/credit/employment screenings.
7) Monthly rent payments are to be transmitted via Avail property management company (not Zillow). Some background screening and other communications between owner and tenant to occur via Avail as well.
