It is fully furnished, with all kitchen dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and appliances included; nice bed, pillows and sheets, pretty bedding, towels, shower curtain, bath mat. The apartment has a separate entrance. There is a small washing machine for clothes and a drying rack. The living room is large and beautiful with two big windows looking over the north bay. It has gorgeous hardwood floors with a large rug and is furnished as a living room. This room has a large closet and a door to the bathroom which has a shower, but no bathtub. The bedroom is smaller with one window overlooking the bay. It has a queen sized bed and a reading lamp. There is s full separate kitchen, with pantry and a table. The living room has a couch, lamps, tables, bookshelves and a large new desk (not seen in the picture). We are looking for someone relatively quiet; single person occupancy only.
