We have provided appliances for your convenience. Renter is responsible for repair. These are loaned to you. You do not have to accept these appliances if you don't wish. Parking is shared driveway with the other half of the duplex. We carry home insurance. We recommend you carry renter's insurance. No pets. 1 month's security deposit and first month's rent are due upon signing the lease. Leases are 12 months.
