On the second floor, you'll find the blue bedroom (twin over full bunk bed) and green bedroom (queen bed), which share a full bathroom. The entire third floor is a large primary suite with ensuite bathroom and plenty of space to set up a dog bed or pack-n-play. A stacked washer and dryer is also located on the third floor. Home is fully furnished but furniture can be negotiated/removed depending on length of lease (i.e. bunk bed can be removed if renter would prefer to repurpose blue bedroom as office, etc.). Utilities are included (water, electricity, WiFi) as well as monthly professional cleaning. Pets must be approved and may require an additional pet deposit. Parking for 2 vehicles available (one reserved spot, one unreserved). Lease for 1-6 months, depending on availability.
