We come in at least twice a year and inspect beneath all the sinks to make sure nothing is leaking. Unit is non smoking indoors. Water is on a well, tenant pays all utilities, with all appliances being electric (No Propane). There currently aren't any facilities for horses however tenants in the past have had horses.
