No neighbors in sight, but within a short distance. Remodeling in 2017 included: Conversion from fuel oil to direct vent propane furnace. Relocating electric water heater to basement and conversion to propane. Electric upgrade. Insulation and weatherstripping. Note that finished square feet is a conservative estimate, as areas that were not insulated and/or heated were not included. This includes the front hallway, laundry room and front porch. The area in living room for fireplace was removed as square footage, as was the kitchen space occupied by cabinets/appliances. I purchased a 1900 square foot house and have determined that the actual square footage is a lot less. But I love the area, outbuildings and land. House has a lot of potential now, due to room for expansion to include a master bath, expanded kitchen and patio upgrades.
