Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Tenants will be responsible for any pet damage. BEDROOM The light and airy open living concept bedroom features a Queen-size bed, a twin sofa bed and a full bathroom. There is also a Pack N Play, toys, and children's games available for young families. Pet amenities are provided for your fur friend. BATHROOM The condo is equipped with a full bathrooms, onsite washer and dryer facility. KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM The open concept kitchen and living area make it easy to hang out together while the chef in your group whips up tasty meals. The well equipped kitchen is stocked with modern stainless steel appliances, a blender, a toaster, a separate coffee station to make your mornings as easy and enjoyable as possible. Seating for three are available at the island bar. If you have youngsters, there is a high chair in addition to children's bowls and utensils. Relax in the cozy living room. It is outfitted with an oversized twin sofa (which can convert into sofa bed at night), a flatscreen TV, a collection of books, toys. Keep in mind that this is the ground floor of the building. There are other units above and next to this unit. Please be mindful of our neighbors by observing quite time after 10pm. Please be aware you may also hear noise from the neighboring units.
