We're excited to share our cozy 4-bedroom home with you. One of our favorite features is the backyard, which opens up to beautiful open spaces, giving you a sense of privacy and a lovely spot to unwind. Located in the welcoming neighborhood of Candelas, we've enjoyed being close to parks, workout facilities, and a pool perfect for family outings or a casual day in the sun. Plus, a King Soopers is just a nice walk or quick drive away, making grocery runs super convenient. You'll also find some charming local food shops in the same strip, perfect for those days when you want something special. Inside, you'll find a bright office space on the main floor, ideal for focusing on work or hobbies. Plus, there's a basement that's currently in progress; it could easily become a fun play area for kids or just a great spot for storage. We hope you'll love living here as much as we have! The owners will cover water and trash services, while renters are responsible for gas, electricity, and internet. We also ask that renters help maintain the property, which includes keeping the lawn mowed and managing any weeds to avoid potential fines. If any fines arise during your stay, it will be your responsibility to address them. We are looking for a 1-year lease but are open to discussing a longer lease if that suits your needs better. We are pet-friendly and open to discussing your needs and terms to ensure a good fit for everyone! Additionally, if you're in the trades and interested in a lower rent, we'd be happy to consider an arrangement where you can exchange some work like helping us finish the basement for a reduced rate.
