Current owners are the first owners, moved into this new construction home in Jan 2020. Since then, they added backyard natural gas fire place, paved portion of the backyard, and the road from backyard to the front. upgraded the A/C system to make the three levels each level has its own tempreture control system. and remote controled blinds (bedrooms' blinds have cover on the sides, which makes it really dark for sleeping). This is May 31, 2025. The owners are looking to move out before mid Aug. Pics were from Jan 2020 before current owners moved in, so it does not show fridge, wash and dryer, which all availabe and part of the house now. Will get the pics to show current situation soon. Same new and clean, more comfortable.
