There is a corner working desk: a large walk-in closet and 6 drawer dresser along with an armoire with storage drawers. The two rooms are separated by a hallway with a brand new stackable LG washer and dryer. Storage/Parking: The home includes private covered parking and 1 additional uncovered parking lot spot. There are 2 lockable storage units including an outside fridge. Complex Amenities: Staying at the Bonefish Yacht Club means quiet privacy and the ability to enjoy the 4-acre complex including a tiki area, large pool and tennis courts. Centrally located within the heart of the Keys-- it's convenient to a Publix or Winn-Dixie for groceries, schools, local shopping and restaurants. Marina: Bonefish Marina has slips for rent, however, we do not have a dock with the rental.
