Cute home in the heart of downtown Durango. My mom bought this house when she moved to town in 2003 to be close to us and her first grandchild. The first floor consists of the living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, office, and one bedroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a double sink. Mom liked taking care of the now well established yards, which these photos don't show well because of the time of year.
