Rinse off in the outdoor shower, fire up the BBQ for a delicious dinner, and gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. Inside, Harbor View spans three levels with room for everyone to relax. The main living room features a 55" smart TV, fireplace, and comfy seating. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to cook for 10, plus complimentary coffee and tea, a Keurig with pods, and a classic drip coffee maker. Rain or shine, the fun continues indoors with board games like Clue, Monopoly, Candyland, Connect 4, Chess, Uno, a deck of cards, and even That's What She Said for adults. The use of the hot tub is included in your nightly rate, and there is no additional charge. We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Only park in designated areas: car port and driveway, street parking is not permitted. Max 4 vehicles allowed. Located just minutes from Corolla's stunning beaches, nature trails, and local shops, Harbor View blends peaceful relaxation with easy access to the best of the Outer Banks. The pool is open seasonally from April 1st to November 1st and is not heated. The hot tub is available year-round. Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited. No parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa. BBQ, firepit, and fireplace must be operated by responsible adults only. No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property. Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund. Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
