Inside, Harbor View spans three levels with room for everyone to relax. The main living room features a 55" smart TV, fireplace, and comfy seating. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to cook for 10, plus complimentary coffee and tea, a Keurig with pods, and a classic drip coffee maker. The use of the hot tub is included in your nightly rate, with no additional charge. We welcome pets for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay. If any waste beyond hair is found, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. Max 2 dogs. Only park in designated areas: car port and driveway. Max 4 vehicles allowed. Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas and no dogs in the pool. Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa. BBQ, firepit, and fireplace must be operated by responsible adults only. Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
