The back yard is fenced, with a large patio and a spacious shed. We allow up to two animals, either cats or small dogs. Pet rent will be $50 per month for each animal. Tenant will pay for all utilities. Tenant will put electric and gas utilities in their name and pay these utilities directly. The water/sewage/garbage account will be under the owner's name.
