Plenty of additional parking is available in the parking lot. This is a place that you have to see to understand its charm. The people are exceptional and you can’t beat the location. Although it’s a quiet community, there are major stores and restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive or a short walk to the shopping center around the corner. This is being sold by the owners, but we will pay a 3% realtor fee. Showings are by appointment only. Perfect size, perfect location, and perfect neighbors.
