We are moving out because we currently live with a roommate, but are getting married and moving to a smaller place! We have loved living here and have had no problems!$1225 covers rent, valet trash, and $40 towards the Brighthouse cable bill.In order to take over our lease, you must fill out an application with the front desk and be approved (background check, etc.) You DO NOT have to pay a security deposit as we have already paid for it and you will get it back at the end of the lease; however, you will have to pay an application fee of $50. The lease ends in March 2013. You are able to renew it or leave in March.
