The owner will inspect the outside of the property once a month and will issue a 5-day notice to bring landscaping up to par. This includes trimming and maintaining flower beds. After the 5th day, it is at the owner's discretion to order lawn care to the property, and the cost will be billed to the tenant. INSPECTIONS: The owner may conduct an in-home inspection with 5 days prior notice to ensure the home is maintained and fixtures are being reported as outlined in this agreement.
