There is a 2 car garage, a covered carport, a very long driveway with RV parking. The home includes all appliances to include a washer & dryer. You have access to all the community amenities to include a heated pool, indoor jacuzzi and clubhouse. The rent includes the HOA payment and the water. The tenant will be responsible to pay all other utilities. Home has central heat and A/C. My current tenant has a surgery date coming up so I will not be able to accommodate any showings at this time.
