Second story apartment in the main house. This apartment is huge! There is plenty of room with lots of flexibility to set it up the way you would like. When my wife and I lived in this house, we had a ping-pong table in the bedroom, her complete office was in one of the alcoves, and we had a king size bed (in photo) for guests. This house was built using Vastu architecture. It is similar to Feng Shui, which Americans might be more familiar with. The railing and sky light in the center of the living room are the main feature. Vastu harmonizes the environment with the humans and it works! Guaranteed you will feel more relaxed and calm in this house. I always sleep so well when I am at this house. Amazing views. If you like hiking and being close to nature, this apartment is for you. The apartment is located in the Mount Soma gated community, which is known for its peacefulness and serenity. I've heard many residents say they come back from work at the end of the day and feel so rested and recharged by the next morning. Studies all show that community is needed to live longer. Mount Soma also offers that. The residents know each other and are friendly to each other. There are regular community get-togethers and some people eat regularly at the delicious cafeteria. Included is indoor parking with your own remote for your garage door. There is also storage area for extra stuff. Water is included from a deep well that actually has a reputation as some of the best tasting water in the area. We are on a septic system, so must be careful with what goes down the drain. There is a temple at Mount Soma, along with a cafeteria and visitor center. I have eaten at the cafeteria many times and always enjoy the food. There can be many visitors during beautiful summer weekends. I do not allow any animals and there is no smoking of any kind, in or on the premises; including vaping, as 97 Mount Soma Blvd. is deemed a no smoking premises. Is this agreeable to you? Strong fast wi-fi is included in the $900 rent. Washer / Dryer planned mid-June 2025. Electricity bill is to be in renter's name. Upstairs and downstairs, which is landlord's space, are on same electric meter. I am there very rarely, but will reimburse 10% of each bill to tenant, even when I am not there at all.
