Trash can is to be kept in the garage. Landscaping paid by renter e.g. grass cutting, watering and plants live and healthy. Must retain a termite company to ensure the house is never compromised by termites, spiders or spider webs, etc. Must have and show personal renter's insurance annually during renewal and signing of lease. A copy will be provided to the landlord annually. No fire pits on the property. Absolutely NO smoking in the house. No pets allowed. This would be a lease breaking offense. No Loud noise at certain times of the night. If you want to hold an event/party, it needs to be communicated to the neighbors in a timely manner.
