The neighborhood has a Clubhouse containing a gym and pool as well as a community center that is home to a brewery, coffee shop, food trucks, and community events like comedy nights and live music. Upon moving in, you would receive an access card to the Clubhouse for full use of the gym and pool. Less than one mile from the house is a shopping plaza with grocery and various restaurants and retailers. The house is in a cul-de-sac and has ample parking for all tenants. A little bit about us and what we are looking for: Whitney (26) and I (32) moved to Colorado from Michigan and Georgia mainly for the outdoors, so we try to get up in the high-country as much as possible.
