Originally a 2 bedroom apt., we reconfigured to make it a very large one bedroom with plenty of room for a king bed plus an "office" area. Access to apartments is gated. Bath/shower combo. Bath is oversized and deeper than normal. Small -Medium pets considered, but require a monthly fee ($50.) and a security fee ( min. $100 non-refundable). A day veterinary certificate of good health is required to protect other pets in the building and the assurance that the tenant uses monthly flea/tick/ heartworm prevention. If the pet disturbs other pets by barking excessively, it could be the basis for termination of the lease. The building has 4 apartments, we are the owners, and occupy one apt. The other 3 apts are rentals. The photos shown are of a different apt. but with the same layout. Current tenant has a cat that is not friendly. Owner pays for sewer and water. Tenant pays Dominion Power for electric. NO SMOKING anyplace on the property. One off-street space in a private garage. A second off-street space is NOT available. No parking in front of the garage door because it interferes with other tenants accessibility. This initial lease is not one year, but only 9 months. The drop-down menu on this listing form does not allow for a 9 month term, which would expire May 31st, 2026. After that the lease can be renewed annually only. We only show apartments to potential tenants that have completed the Zillow application form and have been pre-screened. The unit currently includes a wager/ dryer at no additional cost.
