The happy, cozy studio has hardwood floors and comes completely furnished with a queen bed, bedside dresser with and lamp, kitchen table and chairs, fold-down sofa, coffee table, bookshelf, and wardrobe. Linens and towels may also be provided. Laundry on site in the main house - just coordinate with me via text! The kitchenette comes complete with stainless steel sink, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric two-burner cooktop, electric tea kettle, and some dishes/silverware. No proper stove, sorry :( Full private bathroom has been updated with modern, walk-in tile shower. Private entrance through pretty French doors that open to a back courtyard. Have a bite in the comfortable, sunny outdoor dining space and relax around the fire pit under our fruitful orange tree. The back yard is shared with the tenant in the other studio, me, and my pup, Roo. Please only email if you're comfortable with dogs! She's small, quiet, and super friendly. Awesome neighborhood - walk 2 blocks to downtown Culver City - full of delicious restaurants, Arclight movie theater, fun bars, Sony Studios, the Kirk Douglas Theatre, and the Actor's Gang. The Palms Expo Line Stop is also within walking distance.
