Perched above the shore of Lake Chapin, the views of the lake and sunsets are absolutely spectacular. We used the main floor of our home as a short-term vacation rental during the summer but in the basement there is another bathroom, 2 more bedrooms, and an additional living area. There is lake access by steep stairs to an old dock. There is an attached 2-car garage. If only leasing through May, rate is flexible. Photos are prior to current tenant, so furnishings and landscaping may vary a bit. $250 move-in/cleaning fee. Tenant responsible for electricity, cable, lawn care, snow removal, leaf removal in fall, care of hot tub. The house has a well and is on septic. No smoking, no pets. Caution with young children as the hill to the lake is steep. Owner to pay for gas, trash, recycling.
