One bathroom upstairs and a second small bathroom downstairs. The entire interior has newer paint. The kitchen has a very cozy breakfast nook room that is nice, that looks into the backyard. There is a good sized fenced backyard. The driveway fits two cars and is behind the yard and there is a manual gate to secure your vehicles. The entire downstairs has original wood crown moulding, oak wood floors with the exception of the kitchen which has vinyl tile plank flooring. There is a wood stove and a central forced air gas furnace for heat. Window or portable units can be used for AC. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. The basement is unfinished and suitable for storage. We have not decided if we will allow pets or not but maybe., let me know your situation. Move in cost is first and last months rent and a $2000 security deposit so it is a total of $6190. Deposit can possibly be divided into three payments. The deposit is 100% refundable. You can rent the house with or without yard maintenance but you get a discount if you do the mowing and the fall leaf clean up. If you do the yard care, the rent is $2095.
