This three-story waterfront retreat offers elegantly designed living spaces with plush seating, perfect for gatherings or quiet relaxation. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a new fridge, freezer, oven, stove, rice cooker, and two dishwashers. It is fully stocked with serving ware, kitchen essentials, and a Keurig coffee machine with pods, sugar, and creamer. Seven well-appointed bedrooms provide a tranquil space to unwind, each with an attached private bathroom. Entertainment options include Wi-Fi, TVs throughout the home, a game room with a foosball table and arcade game, and a variety of indoor games. We welcome one dog up to 60 lbs for a fee of $200 per stay, covering additional cleaning required for pet hair. An extra $200 cleaning fee will be charged if any waste beyond hair is found. The pool heater incurs a daily fee of $125 plus tax and must be booked and paid for the duration of your stay. The use of the hot tub is included in your nightly rate with no additional charge. While the area provides a peaceful retreat, it's also conveniently close to local amenities, stunning beaches, delightful eateries, and charming shops within the vibrant town of Corolla. Corolla is home to midges, tiny bugs common in the area during certain seasons. They are harmless but can be numerous, so keeping doors closed and lights off at night is recommended. Snakes are also common at times from the Marsh. If you notice one on the property, contact us for removal. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM, and excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, and any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas, and dogs are not allowed in the pool. Only park in designated areas: garage and driveway, with a maximum of six vehicles allowed. Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. A digital guidebook is provided upon booking confirmation, including essential information about the property, tips for using the amenities, and recommendations for local attractions and dining.
