Entertainment options include Wi-Fi, TVs throughout the home, a game room with a foosball table and arcade game, and a variety of indoor games. Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas, and barking should be minimized to avoid neighbor complaints. Only park in designated areas, with a maximum of six vehicles allowed.
